The Active calls tab

The active calls tab allows the com tech to locate any active call quickly by scrolling down the list and then go to that call by clicking on the reference number.

The active calls tab was created to give an overview of calls currently on the system. As you can see the calls in this tab are sorted by the name of the station assigned to the call to make it easy for the dispatcher to locate any given call.

Clicking on the calls reference number will take the program to that call allowing the call taker to update the data or review or close the call.

As part of this last upgrade of the program  the records now lock preventing a second call taker from changing any data on a call as long as it is open on another computer while allowing deployment information to be recorded on a second workstation.
