Med Com is happy to announce that we are now fully operational Online.

Effective immediately you will be able to access your dispatch information on line from any computer with Internet access, even from mobile devices in the field. The screen shown above is what you will see when you log in to our secure web site at www.ecemsc.com . The links on the left side of the screen will take you to the public portion of the web site where there is some background information on our services and on some of client services and partners. Space has been reserved here for you to participate and have your own page where people may learn about your service.

In the upper right is the login for you to enter the secure sector. The cover letter attached to this document contains your user Id and password to allow you to access your own secure area from which you may see the dispatch information on your calls. Each user Id is specific to one station and only that station’s data may be seen. If you have more than one station you will see you have been given a separate user Id and password for each.

Upon entering your user id and password and logging in you will be taken to the screen below.
