Your first action upon logging in should be to change your password, by clicking on the Change Password link . The password you choose should be unique and something you will not forget. Once you change your password we can only reinstall your default password. We have set the password security so that no one can access the active passwords.
Using any of the links to; View All Reports, View Current Reports, View Pending Bookings, or View Calls in Progress will bring up a list of calls as shown below.
The reports in the list always begins with the most recent and as you scroll down the reports get older. Only the reports for the current month are listed. At the bottom of the page is a list of the monthly folders going back to when you joined our service. These links screen the reports into manageable groups.View All Reports

link displays all complete reports.
View
Current Reports
This link displays all reports completed in
the last 24 hours.
View Pending Bookings
This
link displays all of the call booked for future dates.
View Calls in Progress
This
link displays all reports for calls in progress where an interim report has
been created. This will normally be blank unless you have requested a report
be up loaded before the call is complete. This feature will be available in
the near future.
Monthly Summaries
This
link takes you to the page shown below. This page shows the same information
as the monthly report that is currently mailed to you each month.
